The Murray Foundation The conference aims to provide an insight into a diverse range of subjects, which we hope appeals to all of those affected by limb loss or absence and those involved with their care.
A variety of speakers, experts in their fields, cover such subjects as aspects of pain management, the upper limb prosthetic service, the Disability Discrimination Act and the Human Rights Act and how they affect those with limb loss, results of relevant scientific studies and a balanced explanation of new prosthetic components including the pros and cons of prescribing them and the opinion of a user demonstrating their use.
