MASTER CLASSES MURRAY PARK 13th JUNE 2009

v       Would you like to improve your movement/balance/agility in the company of other amputees?

v       Would you like to try out a selection of sporting activities that you may or may not have tried before?

v       Would you like to take part in practical exercises aimed at starting/improving your running?

v       Would you like information and advice from a variety of health professionals and sports experts?

If the answer is yes, or even maybe, to any of these questions then consider coming along to our Master Classes at Murray Training Park on Saturday 13th June 2009 in conjunction with the SPEEAD Project and the PORT-ER Charity.

This is the second day of its kind that the Murray Foundation has been involved with. The previous event brought together a variety of amputees of all ages and abilities who experienced a combination of lectures and practical exercises aimed at illustrating how to run. This year the event has been developed to also include other activities e.g. badminton, strength and conditioning, rowing etc. to develop the skills previously learned or to introduce new skills to those who have not tried the sports before.

The day will cater for new and experienced exercisers. So if you would like to improve your movement and balance or take your sporting ability to the next level please register by contacting:
